Tickets
How do I buy Tickets?
I never received a confirmation email for my ticket order but the bank says there is a charge.
My dog ate my tickets or I can’t find them, can you send me them?
Please remember that even if there is more than one printed copy of your PDF ticket, only the 1st ticket through the gates will be valid.
I purchased a Layaway ticket in April. When is my next payment due?
Be aware that your card will be automatically charged for your final three payments. If a charge does not clear (for example, if you cancel your credit card or don’t have enough money in your debit card account) you will forfeit your previous payments. You will receive your PDF ticket once all four payments have been made. If you do not see your PDF tickets by July 8th, please call the office 203.908.3030.
New Layaway Purchases are no longer available.

Thursday Arrival: Early-Entry Parking Fee
Tell me about the Thursday Early-Entry fee. What’s the deal?
For Weekend Campers we offer Thursday entry as a bonus day to come in and get set-up and see some music. If you choose to come in on Thursday, there is an additional $20 per VEHICLE parking fee, payable on site (this includes cars and RV’s). This fee is in addition to your Weekend Camping Pass.
If you have a VIP Weekend Camping Pass, there is no charge for early entry. Early entry ends at Midnight on Thursday night (into Friday morning). EVERYONE in the car must have a Weekend Camping Pass.
If you walk, ride a bike, skate board, catch a bus, taxi or camel into the Vibes, then there is no additional parking fee! You must have a Weekend Camping Pass for Thursday, regardless.

Print-At-Home Tickets
I ordered my tickets online and have not received them yet. What should I do?
It goes a little something like this:
1. Once you place your order we will e-mail you both a confirmation e-mail and the actual ticket(s) (Note: these are two separate e-mails that may not arrive at the same time)
2. Your confirmation e-mail will contain your purchasing information
3. Your ticket comes as an PDF attachment that you need to print out and bring to the show. If you ordered more than one ticket, your e-mail will contain more than one ticket PDF attachment.
If you do not receive both e-mails, please check your spam, junk mail, and trash folders in case they ended up there. If you do not receive both emails along with your tickets within one day of purchase, please call the office at (203) 908-3030.
I am thinking of buying a ticket from a friend, off Craigslist, E-bay, or other. Is that a good idea?
DON’T GET SCAMMED!
It doesn’t matter whose name is on the ticket; if the ticket comes up having already been scanned at the gate, you will need to purchase a new ticket at the full price.
I want a sweet Vibes souvenir ticket for my collection, brah! How can I get one?

Once you are done with your excursion, if you are camping on the East Side of the festival please enter at North Grove Box office, near the Arches, and go directly into the campground with your cooler or alcohol. Likewise, if you are camping on the West Side, you have to enter on the West. You may either return to the Arches and take a shuttle over or have your taxi-cab driver drop you off at the Mid-West Camping Entrance.
Don’t forget to leave your wristband on! You will not be allowed back in with a wristband that has been removed, cut, etc.

I have a DMV Handicap parking placard. Is there an area to camp closer to the concert field?
We do have a Handy Camping area. To qualify for Handy Camping, you need a state issued DMV placard or a letter from your doctor explaining your limited mobility issue. We will accommodate as many campers as possible but Handy Camping fills up before the show. Please register early to guarantee a spot! E-mail your request to HandyCamping@gatheringofthevibes.com. Please limit one Handy Pass per request as this area fills up quickly.
Note: There are an extremely limited number of spots for Handy RV’s. Please contact the office once you have purchased your RV pass if you will need to be parked near the Handy Campig area.
I would like to camp in a sober area. How can I do this?
Transportation, Shuttles, Parking, Hotels, and Travel
I need to leave the venue with my car and drive back in. What is the procedure for this?
We will do our best to return you near your camp area when you re-enter, but that is not always possible. The safety of your fellow VibeTribe comes first!
We Encourage These Alternatives to Re-Entry by Car
- Park in the Day Parking Lots and take the Shuttle.
- Take a cab from the Arches area to and from your off site location.
These methods are much safer for all attendees.
