Your ticket confirmation and print-at-home tickets (two e-mails), will generally appear in your inbox within two hours after you place your order and should take no more than 24 hours.
If you have purchased tickets and did not receive an email with your ticket download link, please try the following:
1) First, check your “SPAM” or “JUNK” folder in your email application for an email from “tickets@festivalticketing.com”
2) If you cannot locate the email in your spam please login to your account by visiting Gathering of the Vibes “Buy Tickets” page, click the “Buy Tickets” link, then click the “My Account” link. Enter your username and password, then click the “Order History” tab and download your tickets directly to your desktop where you can print them out.
3) If you cannot view your tickets, please download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
