Of mixed global heritage, with dominant Native American and Samoan roots, Nattali Rize is known around the world for her work fronting epic roots band Blue King Brown as well as for her unwavering commitment to using her voice and music for the global struggle toward the realization of full freedom and the movement of Truth and Justice over the systemic exploitation of the people and our planet.

The ever evolving and dynamic front woman now leads out fresh as a solo artist, with a heavy Reggae influence she describes her music as World Beat / Lyrical / New Era. Known for her high energy live performances, this highly anticipated new solo project dives into the next evolution of this multi-dimensional heartist…

NOTIS – riddim duo Wayne ‘Unga’ Thompson on drums & Jason ‘big bass’ Welsh are the heavy rhythm foundation of ‘Notis’, one of Kingston Jamaica’s premier live band and cutting edge production crews. Heavy reggae, neo roots, dub and future alternative. Renowned for studio hits with Artists such as Chronixx, Iba Mahr, Jesse Royal, Chevaughn and Busy Signal’s ‘Come Over’ which debuted at No.10 on the billboard chart and lead to multiple awards for Notis. As they continue to bring their studio works to life, they’re now stepping out hard into the live circuit with an authentic yet cutting edge sound & vibration.

From two different worlds comes this exciting collaborative project. A chance meeting in Australia while Unga was touring as the drummer with the legendary Jimmy Cliff, brought the acclaimed drummer/producer along with other members of Jimmys band to Nattali’s studio in Melbourne. With a studio bursting with vibe and talent it lead to the creation of the uber catchy, slinky reggae drop REBEL LOVE, and an exciting new sound and a seed was planted for what has become a rare and exciting relationship. Nattali followed her intuition, knowing there was now something real and deeper to be explored, she packed up her life in Australia, and moved to Jamaica to create with Notis. Day in day out. And has not looked back. Musically and energetically charged by something greater perhaps, a whole new musical chapter is the result, and its ever evolving.

The studio works feature artists such as Jesse Royal, Kabaka Pyramid and fresh Artist Zuggu (who performs alongside Protoje in the Indiggnation). The project now pools their collective musicianship to create a hard hitting super fresh live show.
