The VibeTribe knows how to travel! Roll into the Vibes with ultimate style, be it retro, traditional, modern or funky. We got you covered! A limited number of RV passes are available.
**Important new guidelines for RV’s
Due to Fire Department compliance & public safety concerns, the following vehicle types require an RV pass, and can NOT be parked in the regular campground:
• All tow behind campers, trailers or recreational vehicles (regardless of the length)
• Any vehicle with a generator, or onboard propane tank.
• Any vehicle, over 25”
Vehicles fitting one or more of the above descriptions require a RV parking pass, to be purchased in advance of the fest.
Each person who enters the show in the RV must also have a Weekend Camping Pass (including the driver). Did we mention that RV Passes are sold on a first-come-first-served basis and sell out quickly?!
Each person in your vehicle (including the driver) must also have a Weekend Camping Pass. Specific locations cannot be reserved. Please keep in mind that once inside the venue, towable pop ups or trailers may not be unhitched from your vehicle.
Power hook-ups are not available. If we are able to provide pumping (for an additional fee) we’ll have that information at Camping Headquarters and you can choose whether or not you wish to spring for it.
RV directions will be released approximately one month prior to the festival. Please be sure to use these directions, as routes are changed, to avoid low lying bridges and trees on the way to Seaside Park.
RV re-entry is not permitted at Gathering of the Vibes. Please be sure to bring along all the supplies you will need!
Frequently Asked RV Questions
I would like to select where I park my RV. How do I do that?
There are no reservations for specific RV locations. Once you get to Vibes, you will be directed to your RV space. Specific spaces may not be reserved ahead of time even if you have additional parking passes, such as Family, Boardie, etc. Remember, in order to bring a RV to Vibes, you must purchase an RV parking pass beforehand. Everyone traveling/camping in the RV must also purchase a Weekend Camping Pass.
What about RV driving directions? IMPORTANT!
Most of the roads utilized to gain access to Seaside Park have low-lying bridges which make RV travel challenging unless you follow the specific RV directions! Keep an eye out for an e-mail with RV directions sent to you as we get closer to the show.
What if my RV is under 25 feet long?
If your RV is under 25 feet long, bumper to bumper (including the tow vehicle), you do not need to purchase an RV Pass and you may camp in the general camping areas; however, per city fire code, no generators are permitted within the general camping area. If you have a generator you must purchase a RV Pass.
I want to bring my RV or Camper, do I need an RV Pass?
Any RV or combined car-pulling-a-trailer set-up that is over 25 feet in length must purchase a RV Pass. RV Passes are sold on a first-come-first-served basis and sell-out quickly. Remember that each person in the RV must also have a Weekend Camping Pass (including the driver).
What does my RV Pass include? Do I also need to purchase Camping Passes?
Your RV Pass allows you to bring in your RV or other combined car-pulling-a-trailer set-up that is 25 feet or more in length. Each person who enters in the RV must also have a Weekend Camping Pass (including the driver). Did we mention that RV Passes are sold on a first-come-first-served basis and sell out quickly?! There are no specific location reservations for RV parking. This includes VIP RV Pass holders.
I have a pop-up trailer. Can I bring that in without an RV Pass?
If the combined length of your car (or truck) plus the length of the trailer are under 25 feet long, you do not need an RV Pass. We do NOT count the trailer only. We measure combined length beginning from your vehicle’s front bumper to the very back of the trailer.
Tell me about the Thursday Early-Entry fee. What’s the deal?
For Weekend Campers we offer Thursday entry as a bonus day to come in and get set-up and see some music. If you choose to come in on Thursday, there is an additional $20 per VEHICLE parking fee, payable on site (this includes cars and RV’s). This fee is in addition to your Weekend Camping Pass.
If you have a VIP Weekend Camping Pass, there is no charge for early entry. Early entry ends at Midnight on Thursday night (into Friday morning). EVERYONE in the car must have a Weekend Camping Pass.
If you walk, ride a bike, skate board, catch a bus, taxi or camel into the Vibes, then there is no additional parking fee! You must have a Weekend Camping Pass for Thursday, regardless.
