ok as a total non-jew I am trying to round up some passover favorites..... the only thing I have ever really make that is "jewish" is matzah ball soup (but I leave all the veggies & stuff in there which is apparently is a no-no)
so tell me what are the must haves and the best way to make them?
(no gelfite fish need apply! I went to the factory once and I still can't get that out of my head)
