I bought some tofu the other day to make miso soup (came out ok....but I need to find a seaweed source or head to the asian market in edgewater) and last night I tried hot and sour soup (wonton wrappers are in the frige for tonight....hehe I am all about the asian soups!)
however the hot and sour while good was missing something.... this is the recipe I used http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=1054859 (I used chicken broth instead of veggie and I also added some fried pork strips in at the end)
any one have any suggestions? what was wrong or missing or just a better recipe in general
