I liked this guy when he came upon the scene, as much as I knew about him, not being from Illinois ora Dempcrat myself and hoping after the the senate seat debacle he might be different, but it looks like this guy is a heap of trouble. The Feds may nail him for perjury, every day he gets deeper into it. I kind of feel sorry for him, kind of.

What a mess. I hope they get rid of him soon and get on with business. This is a distraction nobody needs.

Phishfolk it's just what we all need to see. the day before Blagojevich's indictment he spoke at a rally and suspended all business with Bank of Amerika. the bank had refused business loans after receiving $25 billion for this purpose. so he puts the squeeze on BoA and gets kicked out of office. sounds fishy and hope he fights this all the way.

did you stop and think he might be guilty and this has nothing to do with BofA? That sounds like another conspiracy theory.

of course, i always stop and think. perhaps you're right it doesn't have anything to do with his stand against BoA but what if it does? i don't have anyway of knowing these answers but if a politician is willing to stand up for the people, loudly proclaim his innocence and keep fighting then i want to see where it ends up. i don't like all the crooked political machinations and conspiracies going on in our nation but what can i or we do about that? i just don't want this swept under the rug and forgotten. don't forget he was thrown out of office without being able to defend himself properly. that doesn't seem close to right.

Wasn't he impeached according to law in Illinois? Like almost unanimously.
