gathering of the vibes

Thank you for your interest in food vending at the 17th Annual Gathering of the Vibes. At this time, we have a few open spots for the 2012 festival. If you would like to be considered, please reply via e-mail only (no paper applications or vendor packets will be accepted) to foodvending@gatheringofthevibes.com and include the following:
 
• Photos of your booth set-up with footprint dimensions
• Menu and general pricing
 
If we are interested we will contact you and require these items prior to our decision:
 
• Electric requirements
• Water requirements
• Proof of general liability insurance ($2-million minimum)
• Proof of worker’s compensation insurance
• Sales tax certificate
 
General liability insurance and workers compensation insurance, are not optional. If you are unable to supply the above, we ask that you not request a spot for this year as we will not discuss waivers.
