How do I refund my ticket?

We are truly sorry that you won’t be able to join us. Unfortunately, there are no refunds. The event is rain or shine. The purchaser and/or bearer of a ticket understands that he/she is purchasing this ticket to the festival and not a particular artist’s performance. The festival is outdoors and weather conditions will affect the performances of all entertainers and there is a possibility that a particular performer may not be able to perform due to weather conditions. Thus, the purchaser and/or bearer of the ticket understands, acknowledges and will not expect a refund for the purchase of the ticket for any talent cancellations for any reason. Talent line-up and schedule are subject to change at any time. In other words, there are no refunds. Closer to the event, visit our Facebook page and message board, you may have some luck selling your ticket...

Each print-at-home ticket has a unique bar code. When you get to the gate at Vibes, your bar code will be scanned and then no one else can use it. If you purchase a ticket from someone, please make sure it is someone you know and trust. If you get to the gate and your bar code has already been scanned, there is nothing we can do. We do not want that to happen.
