I am thinking of buying a ticket from a friend, off Craigslist, E-bay, or other. Is that a good idea?

I ordered my tickets online and have not received them yet. What should I do?

Your ticket confirmation and print-at-home tickets (two e-mails), will generally appear in your inbox within three hours after you place your order and should take no more than 24 hours. It goes a little something like this: 1. Once you place your order we will e-mail you both a confirmation e-mail and the actual ticket(s) (Note: these are two separate e-mails that may not arrive at the same time) 2. Your confirmation e-mail will contain your purchasing information 3. Your ticket comes as an PDF attachment that you need to print out and bring to the show. If you ordered more than one ticket, your e-mail will contain more than one ticket PDF attachment. If you do not receive both e-mails, please check your spam, junk mail, and trash folders in case they ended up there.
