Weekend Camping Pass (Limited Availability) The Weekend Camping Pass will give you access to the entire venue, with camping privileges, from 12:00 am Friday, August 1st until just after the music concludes, Sunday, August 3rd at 8:00 PM. (For Thursday entry please read below) Advanced Price $185

Weekend NON-Camping Pass This pass will give you access to the venue during all 3 days with no camping privileges. So if you live close by or are planning on staying in hotels or with friends, this is definitely the way to go! (For Thursday entry please read below) Advanced Price  $165   NO CAMPGROUND ACCESS!

RV Parking Pass SOLD OUT! RV's and vehicles pulling a trailer or pop-up with a total combined length over 25 feet will require an additional RV parking pass, to be purchased in advance of the fest. BRING the KIDS...
Gathering of the Vibes is an all-ages event.  Kids 12 and under, who are accompanied by a parent or guardian, are admitted free!  If your child is close to the age of 12, please bring proper age verification (i.e. birth certificate).  A parent or guardian must accompany those under the age of 16.

RAIN or SHINE...
Gathering of the Vibes is scheduled rain or shine; the ticket purchaser/user bears all risks of inclement weather.  This is an all weather event.  Times, artists and programs are subject to change.  We will only honor refunds for events that are canceled.  Tickets that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced. All ticket sales are final.

EARLY ENTRY on THURSDAY...
We open our gates Thursday morning at 8am. We invite those folks with Weekend Passes to join the festivities on Thursday and beat the rush.  We'll have some great entertainment kicking off on Thursday afternoon, but the only way you can get into the Vibes on Thursday with a Weekend Pass, Camping or Non-Camping, is by paying a per vehicle $20 early entry fee. Early Entry is FREE if you travel with 3 or more people in your vehicle. Please carpool!!!  Not only is it good for the environment, it will be good for your wallet too.

The early entry fee applies to vehicles arriving from 8:00 AM on Thursday
until 12:01 AM on Friday. VIP Passes include Early Entry.
